What has Bret Hart been up to? Well apparently Hulk Hogan has turned down an offer from the WWF to work there and is instead looking to start a new promotion with Universal Studios. The article, which was published by Simcoe.com, said that "Rowdy" Roddy Piper and Bret Hart would be part of the group to groom new talent.
